With an HR career covering a wide variety of industries including the railway, aircraft manufacturing and television media, as a graduate of the Agriculture Department of The University of Reading, Tamie returned to her roots when she joined Finlays in 2013.

Tamie joined Finlays in 2013 as Group HR Manager and subsequently held the role of HR Director for Finlay Extracts & Ingredients before being appointed to her current role in 2016.
