Andy Huang is the Executive Chairman, Finlays Greater China – James Finlay Limited.
Andy joined Swire Beverages in 1993. He started as a training manager for Taiwan Bottler, rotating to trade marketing, consumer marketing, key account, and sales operations, before taking the role of Taiwan Sales & Marketing Director. Andy was then transferred to China as General Manager of Swire bottlers in Heifei and Guangzhou in 2007. After 20 years services for Swire Beverages, he then moved back to Taiwan and worked for AC Nielsen Taiwan as the Managing Director for more than three years.
Andy joined Finlays in March 2017 and was seconded to China Zhangzhou as the COO of Damin, the world’s largest tea extract manufacturer. He was then appointed to as Commercial Director Asia of Finlays, before taking on his current position in 2021.
