OUR PEOPLE

Advancing Human Rights to
Empower All

Our industry relies on intensive labour practices, and people within growing regions are typically at a higher risk of human rights and labour risks. As a responsible business, it’s vital we take ownership of these risks by aligning to international standards, taking a robust and proactive approach to prevention and mitigation, while also seeking to nurture and empower those who contribute to our success.

With our objectives to increase women in management and on Living Wage, we are aiming to address some of the inequalities that exist across tea and coffee supply chains.

Our ambition is to be a business where people are valued and treated fairly, encouraging growth and development.
