Wolfgang Tosch is Group Technical Director at Finlays where he is responsible for Quality, Technical Stewardship, Innovation and R&D across the global business.
Wolfgang has a strong track record in top and bottom line growth, owing to his expertise in implementing patentable opportunities and successfully developing innovation pipelines. He has over 20 years of global experience in the brewing, beverage, food ingredient and biotech industries.
Prior to joining Finlays, Wolfgang was Global Director Exploratory Product Innovation at AB InBev and was previously Global Manager: Brewing Innovation Development at SABMiller plc.
Wolfgang is a qualified Brewmaster and holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from The University of Manchester.
